YES ICICI bank truly sucks!! Increasing home loan rates, increasing cyber crime cases and the worst customer service ever!! Customer service is there to help the customers not to make them feel "why the hell did I call them?!!".
I'm sure many of you would have been a victim of ICICI banks so called strategical changes for their customers...would love to hear from you all!!
